My wife ...... came to see you yesterday but it was your day off, so she spoke to Raymond who spent over an hour explaining some of the features of the cars controls to her. You had done that for me when I collected the car but I really didn't have the time to show her when I got home.

A quick note to let you know of the great experience I had at Gabriel Motors last week. I live in the area and have been looking for a place to have the Peugeot serviced by people that know what to do with a prestige car.
I booked on-line via the website and while on there I thought a full detail would be good at the same time you were servicing the car.
...... said when she was driving it home she thought they had given her the wrong car to take because it was so clean and it was going like it did when new. Many thanks and thanks to Allan in service, see you next time mate.

....... is really enjoying it and you were right when you said that the Honda was being traded in and it was a bit special and worth waiting for. You did look after us like you said and we do appreciate you spending that extra time with us explaining finance and insurance so we could go and make the right decision and not be pushed into anything like the other dealer tried.
